Acceptance of Terms

By using Hook N Haul Rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Rental Requirements

To rent a trailer from Hook N Haul Rental, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Provide a valid credit card for payment and security deposit
• Have a vehicle capable of safely towing the rented trailer
• Complete our rental agreement and inspection process

Rental Responsibilities

As a renter, you are responsible for:

• Using the trailer safely and in accordance with its intended purpose
• Conducting pre-rental and post-rental inspections
• Returning the trailer in the same condition as received
• Paying all rental fees, deposits, and applicable charges
• Reporting any damage or issues immediately
• Following all traffic laws and regulations while towing

Payment and Fees

Rental fees are due at the time of pickup. Additional charges may apply for:

• Late returns
• Damage to the trailer
• Excessive cleaning required
• Lost or damaged accessories
• Mileage overages (if applicable)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to cancellation fees.

Liability and Insurance

Renters are responsible for any damage to the trailer during the rental period. We recommend checking with your insurance provider regarding coverage for towed trailers. Hook N Haul Rental is not liable for damage to your vehicle or cargo.

For insurance coverage, you have two options:

• Option 1: You can contact your insurance company to have trailer coverage added to your policy
• Option 2: You can purchase insurance through MBA - information will be sent to you after you book your trailer

Prohibited Uses

Trailers may not be used for:

• Illegal activities
• Transporting hazardous materials
• Commercial purposes without prior approval
• Racing or off-road activities
• Exceeding weight capacity limits
